AFSMC is not currently subject to those U.S. state consumer privacy laws that exempt nonprofit organizations, including but not limited to the: California Consumer Protection Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Indiana Data Privacy Law, Iowa Data Protection Act, Kentucky Data Protection Act, Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act, Nebraska Data Privacy Act, New Hampshire Data Privacy Act, Rhode Island Data Privacy Act, Tennessee Information Protection Act, Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. AFSMC also does not meet the threshold requirements of state consumer privacy laws that apply to nonprofit organizations including but not limited to: the Colorado Privacy Act, Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, Florida Digital Bill of Rights, Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, New Jersey Data Protection Act or the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act.

However, as a courtesy, we seek to provide transparency and offer certain rights commonly available under those laws, including the ability to:

• ✓Access, or delete certain personal information
• ✓Request data portability
• ✓Opt out of certain data processing, including targeted advertising
• ✓Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature and processing purpose

A third-party payment processor collects and processes that information on our behalf; we do not collect or retain your payment information.
